BaseballCloud Celebrates Official Launch at Florida Scout Ball

It was a historic weekend in Auburndale, Florida as BaseballCloud officially launched at the Florida Scout Ball Summer Kick-Off. With eleven teams participating in the two-day event, the amateur baseball market caught a glimpse in to the future of the game.

Nearly three-quarters of the participating players signed up for their free BaseballCloud profile, allowing them access to MLB-level analysis never before seen outside of the professional game. Some of the highlights from the weekend included a 97.7 MPH missile from Drew McGuckin (Hardee) and a walk-off double that clocked in with an exit velocity of 88.1 MPH off of the bat of Isaiah Brandt (FGC Prospects).

BaseballCloud will continue to capture data at every Florida Scout Ball event throughout the summer and their schedule can be found here. As a reminder, players can pre-register for the BaseballCloud platform or they can visit our tent that will be set up at every event.
